The Humber Electrical Engineering Company was founded in 1908 by W E Shuttleworth, and is now in its third generation of family ownership. The company originally specialised in marine installation work, but subsequently diversified into other fields. It is keen to continue its expansion and keep abreast of new technological developments.
From its headquarters in Hull, the company is involved in all aspects of electrical engineering utilising its wide ranging in-house expertise.
The company undertakes work for a large number of customers, including the marine and offshore industries, MOD, public authorities and many large industrial users.
Quality and service are of prime importance, and the company has achieved accreditation to BS EN ISO 9001: 1994.
