The completed power module weighs 7,000kgs and fits into a pod which sits on the seabed under 30mtrs of water and controls the power from ten wave generators on the surface. The power is then transformed and transmitted to an onshore sub-station. This prototype is installed offshore at Santander in northern Spain.
